1. What are cookies
Small text files stored in your browser. They let the Platform recognise you between visits, keep you signed in and remember preferences (language, cookie consent).
2. What we use
- Essential: authentication (httpOnly token), cookie consent, language preference.
- Functional: UI settings, last visited page (quick return).
- Analytics: only if you accept all — anonymised performance metrics.
3. Third-party cookies
A few features rely on trusted third parties that may set their own cookies: our payment provider (Stripe) during checkout, and our error-monitoring provider (Sentry) to keep the service stable. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell data collected through cookies.
4. How to control them
On first visit choose Necessary only or Accept all. You can change anytime in browser settings or by clearing cookies for the SWNG domain.
5. Your consent and how to withdraw it
Non-essential cookies are only set once you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from your browser settings or by clearing the cookies for the SWNG domain; essential cookies cannot be turned off because the Platform will not function without them. For how we handle the data behind these cookies, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Duration
- Session: until logout or token expiry.
- Cookie consent: 12 months.
- Language preference: 12 months.
