1. Acceptance
By registering and using the Platform, you confirm you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you disagree, you may not use the service.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- Full legal capacity.
- All information provided must be true and accurate.
- You may not hold multiple accounts.
3. Your account and its security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Choose a strong, unique password, never share your access, and tell us at [email protected] without delay if you suspect any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal — you may not sell, lend or transfer yours to anyone else.
4. Conduct
Strictly prohibited:
- Explicit sexual content without consent of everyone involved.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech.
- Fake profiles or impersonation.
- Spam, unsolicited external links, pyramid schemes.
- Any illegal activity, including prostitution or trafficking.
- Sharing others' photos without their consent.
- Automation (bots, scraping scripts).
5. Meeting other members
SWNG helps you connect, but any meeting or interaction that takes place outside the Platform is your own decision and at your own risk. We do not carry out in-person identity checks or background checks on members and are not a party to what happens off-platform. Always meet safely, respect everyone’s consent and the law, and report anyone who breaks these terms so we can act.
6. User content
You retain ownership of your content (text, photos, video). You grant the Platform a limited licence to display it, distribute to authorised users and store on our servers solely to provide the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design, brand and the SWNG name are owned by the operator and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or create derivative works without written permission. The limited licence you grant over your own content does not transfer ownership of the Platform to you.
8. Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions renew automatically at period end.
- Cancel anytime in Settings; access remains until paid period ends.
- Refunds: within first 14 days (EU consumer withdrawal right) where applicable.
- Payments processed by Stripe (Ireland, PCI-DSS).
9. Right of withdrawal
As an EU consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from a paid subscription. By choosing immediate access to a paid digital service you expressly request its provision and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Where a period has only been partially used, a proportionate refund may apply.
10. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or delete an account without warning for terms violations. Active subscriptions are not refunded on suspension.
11. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that it will meet your specific expectations. We are not liable for interactions between users off-platform.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms for legal, security or operational reasons. We will notify you of material changes in advance; continued use after they take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you may close your account.
14. Final provisions
If any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy and Cookie policies, form the entire agreement between you and the operator.
